Cancellation of a purchase by the customer 1. The customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations established thereunder. Without derogating from the foregoing: 1. Cancellation will be made only by written notice to the email address 2. Cancellation of a transaction by the customer will not be permitted for the purchase of certain items as specified in subsection 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law. 3.
